A walkable mixed-use development in Ewing, NJ, built on the former General Motors plant site. It offers luxury townhomes and apartments, retail, dining, and a range of indoor and outdoor amenities, creating a vibrant “neighborhood of neighborhoods” that blends modern living with touches of Ewing’s history. For the grand opening, a full brand was developed. I led the creative for the marketing materials, environmental design, displays and exhibits.
